在歐元區領袖強大壓力下，希臘反撙節的極左派總理齊普拉斯被迫吞下屈辱性的紓困協議，希臘脫歐危機暫告解除。此事件證明民粹不能治國，而靠民粹起家的齊普拉斯恐怕也將因民粹下台。

打著反撙節旗號上台的齊普拉斯，為顧全討好民意，過去5月與國際債權人的紓困談判上態度反覆，甚至挾公投結果欲施壓債權人讓步，但最後還是屈服現實，在國家瀕臨破產的緊要關頭，被迫接受更嚴苛的紓困條件，凸顯出齊普拉斯民粹治國失敗，反讓自己陷入政權危機。

根據周一達成的協議，為了與債權人盡快展開第3輪紓困方案談判，希臘國會須在周三晚間前，表決通過新的改革法案，內容包括刪減支出、調高增值稅、整頓退休金制度、修改破產法規及促進國營企業私有化。

但想使改革法案順利過關，齊普拉斯得先排除政府內部的異議雜音。隸屬執政激進左派聯盟Syriza的17名議員，在上周五表決中跑票，拒絕支持政府拿新的改革提案與債權人協商，齊普拉斯還是靠反對黨的支持才取得國會授權。

消息人士指出，公然與齊普拉斯對立的國會議長康絲坦托普露（Zoe Constantopoulou）上周五不僅拒絕參與改革提案表決，還要求舉行不信任投票，若干反紓困派人士預料辭去議員席位。

希臘金融體系處在崩潰邊緣，國庫告急面臨破產違約，執政聯盟內部又因紓困問題鬧分裂，齊普拉斯政府受內憂外患夾擊，政權是否穩固引發質疑。

Syriza的黨報《Avgi》在周日社論指出，目前的情況顯然會掀起重組政府的議論，舉行大選的日子恐怕已經不遠。

回想年初時，齊普拉斯靠著國內反撙節勢力登上總理寶座，意氣風發，如今卻要面對同一勢力的反撲，不知心中做何感想。
